Refund Policy

Northwoods Gloss Detailing

At Northwoods Gloss Detailing, we take pride in the quality of our work and aim to deliver outstanding results with every service. Because detailing is a labor-based service and results can vary based on the condition of each vehicle, our refund policy is as follows:

 

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We may offer a re-clean or correction of the issue at no additional charge.

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered unless we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue.

 

2. Deposits

  • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

  • Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or last-minute cancellations (see our cancellation policy for more details).

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service was paid for in advance and canceled with appropriate notice (typically 24 hours or more).

  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred (proof of error is required).

  • Service was unable to be completed due to our error or inability to perform.

 

4. Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Pre-existing damage or issues discovered during service

  • Situations where the desired result was unachievable due to vehicle condition (e.g., permanent stains, worn materials, faded paint)

  • Customer dissatisfaction not reported within 24 hours
