Northwoods Gloss Detailing – In-Shop Services
Effective Date: May 12, 2025

Welcome to Northwoods Gloss Detailing! By booking and receiving services at our shop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These are designed to ensure a smooth, professional, and transparent experience for all our valued customers.

1. Services Provided

Northwoods Gloss Detailing offers professional in-shop auto detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior washes and waxes

  • Interior deep cleaning

  • Headlight restoration

  • Paint correction and enhancement

  • Paint coatings and protective treatments

  • Specialty detailing packages

All services are performed at our physical shop location:
1755 Naugart Drive Merrill, WI 54452

2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments are required for all services and can be made via phone, email, or online booking.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

  • Walk-ins are welcome only if time allows and are not guaranteed.

3. Payments and Deposits

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service completion.

  • We accept the following payment methods: cash, credit/debit cards, and Square Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure large or specialty detailing packages.

  • Final quotes may vary slightly based on vehicle condition or additional service needs identified during inspection.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits.

  • Repeat no-shows may be refused future service.

5. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges

  • We ask that personal items be removed from the vehicle before drop-off.
    Northwoods Gloss Detailing is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

  • Extra fees may apply for:

    • Excessive pet hair

    • Heavily soiled carpets or upholstery

    • Mold, mildew, or biohazard cleanup

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing after an in-person inspection if the vehicle condition warrants it.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detail:

    • Please notify us on pickup or within 24 hours of pickup.

    • We will assess the concern and may offer a re-clean or correction at no extra charge, if appropriate.

7. Liability & Damage Disclaimer

  • While we take great care with every vehicle, Northwoods Gloss Detailing is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear

    • Electronics, switches, or components damaged due to existing faults or water ingress

    • Items left in the vehicle

  • Our services are cosmetic only; we do not conduct mechanical work or diagnostics.

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The vehicle presents a health or safety risk to our staff

  • The condition of the vehicle requires services beyond our offered scope

  • The customer behaves inappropriately or unreasonably

9. Pricing & Promotions

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • Promotional discounts may not be combined unless otherwise specified.

  • Final prices are confirmed after a visual inspection of the vehicle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflict of law provisions.
